The air entering the engine cylinder is compressed in advance to increase the pressure of the air entering the cylinder, thus increasing the inflatable mass, and with the proper cooperation of the fuel supply system, more fuel can be injected to make more fuel burn well to achieve the purpose of improving the diesel engine dynamics, increasing the specific power, improving the fuel economy, and reducing the exhaust emission and noise.

Pressurization: It is to pre-compress the air entering the cylinder of diesel engine through the pressurization mechanism (supercharger) to increase the inlet pressure and improve its density.

Intercooling: after the pressurization of air, through the intercooler to cool, reduce the temperature and then improve its density. Such an engine is called supercharged intercooled engine.
